Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Each item is made to order, so all sales are final.

However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I would love the opportunity to make it right. Your satisfaction matters, and I want you to be confident in your purchase.

Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Will my items ship together?
A: Because our items (t-shirts, hoodies, phone cases, AirPod cases, etc.) are printed and fulfilled by different production partners, your items may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—everything is on its way!

What if there’s an issue with my shipment?
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package appears lost in transit, please email rootedreadyco@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date or the date the tracking stops updating. I’ll make it right!

Are your t-shirts unisex?
Yes, our t-shirts have a relaxed, unisex fit. For a looser or oversized look, we recommend sizing up.
